These Terms of Use ( hereinafter referred to as the "Terms " ) apply to various services ( hereinafter referred to as the "Services" ) provided by amenouzume Amanotsume ( hereinafter referred to as the "Company"). ) is commonly applied when the user specified in Article 1 (hereinafter referred to as "user") uses.

 

Article 1 ( Users )

A user is a person (individual, corporation, or other organization) who has agreed to these Terms and has completed the user registration procedure in the following article.

 

Article 2 ( User registration procedure )

  1. User registration is completed when a person wishing to register applies for it by the method specified by our company, and our company examines and approves it.
  2. In the process of the examination in the preceding paragraph, if the Company determines that the applicant for registration falls under any of the following items, the Company may not approve the application for user registration, and shall not be obligated to disclose the reason. Shall not.

Article 3 ( Usage Fee and Payment Method )

  1. As consideration for using this service, the user shall pay the usage fee separately determined by the Company by the method specified by the Company.
  2. If the user delays payment of the usage fee, the user shall pay the Company a late payment charge at a rate of 14.6% per year.

 

Article 4 ( User ID and password management )

  1. The user shall manage the user ID and password of this service at his/her own responsibility. We are not responsible for any damages suffered by the user due to the use of the user ID and password by another third party. In addition, if the user forgets or steals the user ID or password, the user shall promptly notify the Company and follow its instructions.
  2. Under no circumstances shall the user transfer or lend the user ID and password to a third party.

3 . If the user ID and password are correctly combined to log in, we will assume that it was done by the user who registered that user ID .

 

Article 5 ( Prohibitions )

The Company prohibits the User from performing any of the following acts when using the Service.

(1) Acts that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals

(2) Acts related to criminal acts

(3) Acts that destroy or interfere with the functions of the Company's servers or networks, or other acts that may interfere with the operation of the Company's services

(4) Acts of sending or posting harmful computer programs such as viruses

(5) Acts of collecting or accumulating personal information, etc. on other users

(6) Impersonating another user to use the Service;

(7) Acts of directly or indirectly providing benefits to antisocial forces in relation to our services

(8) Other acts that the Company deems inappropriate

 

Article 6 ( Restrictions on Use and Cancellation of Registration )

  1. If the user falls under any of the following items, the Company may, without prior notice, restrict the user from using all or part of the Service, or You may cancel your registration.

(1) In case of violation of any provision of these Terms

(2) When it turns out that there is a false fact in the registered items

(3) Other cases where the Company determines that the User is not appropriate.

  1. The Company shall not be liable for any damages caused to the User due to the actions taken by the Company under this section.

 

Article 7 ( Disclaimer )

  1. The Company shall be exempted from any liability to the User regarding the Service unless it is caused by the Company's willful misconduct or gross negligence.
  2. Even if we are responsible for any reason, we will compensate only within the range of damage that can normally occur, and in the case of paid services, the amount paid ( equivalent to one month's worth in the case of continuous services ) . shall be responsible for

Article 8 ( Notice or Contact )

  1. Notifications or communications between the User and the Company shall be made by means of posting on the Service, e-mail, or any other method deemed appropriate by the Company.
  2. Notifications or communications made by the method prescribed in the preceding paragraph shall take effect from the time they are posted on the Service or sent by e-mail. We do not take any responsibility even if you are unable to view the posting or receive e-mails due to the settings on the user side.

 

Article 9 ( Changes in service content, etc. )

The Company may change the contents of the Service or stop providing the Service without prior notice to the User, and shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the User as a result.

 

Article 10 ( Suspension of provision of this service, etc. )

  1. If the Company determines that there is any of the following reasons, the Company may suspend or suspend the provision of all or part of the Service without prior notice to the User.

(1) When performing maintenance inspections or updating the computer system related to this service

(2) When it becomes difficult to provide the Service due to force majeure such as fire, power failure, or natural disaster;

(3) When the computer or communication line, etc. stops due to an accident

(4) Other cases where the Company deems it difficult to provide the Service.

  1. The Company shall not be liable for any disadvantage or damage suffered by the User or a third party due to suspension or interruption of the provision of the Service.

 

Article 11 ( Changes to Terms of Use )

If the Company deems it necessary, the Company may add, change, or delete these Terms by notifying the User without obtaining the consent of the User.

 

Article 12 ( Prohibition of transfer of rights and obligations )

Users may not transfer or pledge their status under these Terms, rights or obligations under these Terms to a third party without our prior written consent.

 

Article 13 ( Governing Law and Agreed Jurisdiction )

  1. The governing law for this agreement shall be the law of Japan.
  2. The court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's head office shall be the exclusive jurisdictional court of first instance for all disputes relating to these Terms and the Service.
